Parker Engineering & Design provides a variety of services related to automated testing, controls design, test fixture design, and hazardous gas detection systems. 

We can assist you with any part of your project, from concept to completion. 

We can often provide solutions to difficult problems with existing equipment, from updating or adding features to repairs or corrections of existing functions that just do not work correctly.

Professional Engineering & Consulting Services

We can provide consulting services to include system designs, fixture designs, project management, designs for hazardous areas, CE Marking, technical training and documentation.  We are a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Michigan.

Test Fixture Design and Build

Design and build of mechanical and electrical test fixtures is a normal part of most of the test stands that we develop.  We can also provide these as stand alone services, designing fixtures or equipment for customer projects.

Software and Programming

Parker Engineering & Design has over 25 years experience in programming a variety of software languages and industrial control packages.

Today, we primarily work with National Instruments LabView or major PLC programming languages.  We will also work with other programming languages and packages such as Visual Basic, Visual C, Iconics, Steeplechase, and a variety of industrial SCADA packages. 

Hallmarks of our systems include clear and well organized operator interfaces, flexible, easy to use test and process recipes, utilities for maintenance and calibration, and detailed report files.

AutoCad Services

All of projects are fully designed and detailed using the latest AutoCad software, in both 2D and 3D.

Our engineers and Cad designers will also be happy to work with you to design or document your own new and existing projects in AutoCad. 

Control Panel Design and Build

Our skilled panel builders provide the highest quality control panel builds in the industry.   We can build from your existing drawings, or design and build panels to your specifications.

Service and Calibration

We can provide routine maintenance service and calibration on our own equipment and many systems provided by others. 

We provide calibration and maintenance of all Hazardous Gas Detection systems.

World Power / CE Marking

We can assist you with CE marking of your product for use in the European Union.

Our shop is equipped with a motor-generator set which provides up to 75 kVa of 50 Hz, 3 phase power for operating and for testing equipment. 

We have the power to assist you with testing for worldwide applications!
